About Me
In between my degrees I've been a PADI Divemaster, an avid traveller (50 countries and counting!), and an aquarium biologist. These experiences have given me some first hand experience with the species I spend all day doing data analysis on from behind a desk.

Currently, I am part of Nick Dulvy's Marine Biodiversity & Conservation Lab in the Earth to Ocean Research Group at Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, British Columbia where I'm looking at global protections and threats to shark and ray species using a geospatial lens.
